Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the type of service provided.

Ongoing / Retainer Services

Either party may cancel ongoing services by providing 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees remain payable for services delivered up to the end of the notice period.

One-Time / Project Services

For one-time or project-based services, cancellation is not permitted once the project has been confirmed in writing. Fees remain payable once work has commenced or resources have been allocated.
