Refund Policy
iMultichannel provides services on a contractual basis. Payments are invoiced in accordance with agreed terms and are due after services are delivered or milestones are reached.
Due to the nature of professional services:
- Refunds are not offered for services that have been delivered in line with the agreed scope.
- Refunds are not applicable for work already completed or time already allocated.
- Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon, Meta) is non-refundable and not handled by iMultichannel.
- Any service concerns should be raised promptly and will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable agreement.
