Amazon Operations Specialist

RemotePart-time (~2 hours/day)

About the Role

You will manage the operational and technical side of Amazon accounts, working closely with the ads and strategy team to keep accounts healthy and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Update and manage product listings (titles, bullets, images, backend fields)
  • Monitor and maintain account health
  • Resolve listing issues, suppressions, and errors
  • Handle basic case logs with Amazon support
  • Coordinate listing changes with the ads and strategy team
  • Respond to client operational questions and concerns
  • Maintain internal tracking documents and SOPs
  • Flag risks or issues early

Skills & Experience

  • Experience navigating Amazon Seller Central (or Vendor Central)
  • Understanding of Amazon listing structure and compliance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable following SOPs and processes

Experience Level:

Junior to mid-level. Amazon operations, VA work, in-house eCommerce, or agency support experience are all acceptable.

Working Hours

  • ~2 hours per day
  • Flexible and async-friendly
  • Ideally between 6am and 5pm UK time

Compensation & Growth

  • Long-term, part-time role
  • Opportunity to expand hours and responsibility over time
  • USD $200–$350 / month
