Amazon Operations Specialist
RemotePart-time (~2 hours/day)
About the Role
You will manage the operational and technical side of Amazon accounts, working closely with the ads and strategy team to keep accounts healthy and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Update and manage product listings (titles, bullets, images, backend fields)
- Monitor and maintain account health
- Resolve listing issues, suppressions, and errors
- Handle basic case logs with Amazon support
- Coordinate listing changes with the ads and strategy team
- Respond to client operational questions and concerns
- Maintain internal tracking documents and SOPs
- Flag risks or issues early
Skills & Experience
- •Experience navigating Amazon Seller Central (or Vendor Central)
- •Understanding of Amazon listing structure and compliance
- •Strong attention to detail
- •Clear written English
- •Comfortable following SOPs and processes
Experience Level:
Junior to mid-level. Amazon operations, VA work, in-house eCommerce, or agency support experience are all acceptable.
Working Hours
- •~2 hours per day
- •Flexible and async-friendly
- •Ideally between 6am and 5pm UK time
Compensation & Growth
- •Long-term, part-time role
